Our 2, 4 & 8 hour programs are filled with the brain science of energy. We bring our brain laboratory and show you in ‘real time’ how the human brain responds to pressure and more importantly how our brain based methodologies can turn pressure into performance.

The programs are also available in ‘On-line learning format’ allowing for self- paced learning across locations and time zones.
Most importantly we demonstrate and practice proven techniques during the session so that they can be applied immediately , at home ,work and school to improve our feelings of wellness and performance.
